I giudici del tribunale del Riesame hanno respinto il ricorso presentato dagli avvocati del primo cittadino, sospeso dal Prefetto almeno fino alla Cassazione, alla quale i suoi legali hanno gi\u00e0 spiegato di volersi rivolgere.
