Francesco Bellomo \u00e8 stato assolto dalle accuse di stalking e lesioni ai danni di una borsista che seguiva i suoi corsi alla scuola di formazione \"Diritto e Scienza\", la stessa scuola al centro dello scandalo del dress code e delle minigonne imposte alle aspiranti magistrate. Con lui assolto anche l\u2019ex pm Davide Nalin. Si tratta del primo processo penale che va a sentenza per i due magistrati coinvolti nella vicenda.
