L'Eurogruppo ha trovato un accordo definitivo sul Mes: tutti gli Stati membri dell'area dell'euro potranno spendere fino al 2% del Pil (quello alla fine del 2019, come parametro di riferimento), ottenendo prestiti a tassi agevolati. I prestiti avranno una durata media massima di 10 anni. L'unico requisito sar\u00e0 il vincolo dei fondi alla spesa sanitaria legata alla pandemia.
