Con il nuovo dpcm del 3 dicembre vengono ulteriormente limitati i movimenti tra Regioni. Dal 21 al 6 sono vietati gli spostamenti tra Regioni, mentre il 25 e 26 dicembre e l'1 gennaio c'\u00e8 anche lo stop agli spostamenti tra Comuni.
