Una mozione del centrodestra presentata alla Camera ha chiesto al governo di ripristinare le libert\u00e0 fondamentali dei cittadini garantite dalla Costituzione e compromesse dai provvedimenti amministrativi emanati in nome dell'emergenza coronavirus senza una corretta inclusione del Parlamento. Con la Fase 2, quindi, l'opposizione chiede che i divieti di circolazione e associazione, ma anche molti altri, vengano revocati.
