Il governo sarebbe deciso a inserire nel decreto Milleproroghe un rinvio della lotteria degli scontrini a febbraio 2021. Sarebbero quindi state accolte le richieste dei negozianti, che avevano sottolineato di non essere ancora pronti con i registratori di cassa telematici. L'Agenzia delle entrate, inoltre, ha spostato di tre mesi l'obbligo di utilizzo del nuovo tracciato telematico.
