Il decreto Rilancio proroga il divieto di licenziamento per giustificato motivo oggettivo per altri tre mesi, per un totale di cinque. Estesa anche la cassa integrazione causata dall'emergenza Covid: diventa di 18 settimane con una procedura che viene semplificata per l'erogazione della cassa integrazione in deroga.
