La Polizia ha arrestato il 43enne Carmelo Arcieri, condannato a 21 anni per la morte di Antonio Passaro: l'uomo era stato trovato moribondo in strada nel 2012 a Cellole (Caserta), secondo quanto ricostruito dai giudici non si era trattato di un incidente ma di un investimento volontario riconducibile a un litigio avvenuto anni prima tra i due.
