I candidati avvocati che hanno partecipato alla sessione 2019 dell'esame di abilitazione non riusciranno ad ottenere l'accesso alla professione nel 2020 e potrebbero dover ripetere l'esame scritto fatto a dicembre. Lo sostengono i rappresentanti di alcune associazioni di praticanti avvocati, che denunciano lo stallo non risolto dal DL Rilancio.
