Via libera ai concorsi pubblici, ma solo su base regionale e garantendo specifiche misure di sicurezza. Se possibile, svolgere le prove all'aperto e in ogni caso chiedere a tutti i candidati di presentarti con un tampone negativo svolto nelle 48 ore prima. Sono queste le indicazioni del Comitato tecnico scientifico al governo, che ha chiesto un parere su come tornare a svolgere i concorsi pubblici in sicurezza.
