Il nuovo decreto Covid introdurr\u00e0 l'obbligo vaccinale per tutti gli operatori sanitari: medici, infermieri, lavoratori di strutture assistenziali e anche delle farmacie e delle parafarmacie. In caso di mancata vaccinazione, secondo quanto si legge in una bozza del decreto, l'ordine professionale di appartenenza deve sospendere questi lavoratori, mentre il datore di lavoro pu\u00f2 affidargli un'altra mansione (anche inferiore) o, nel caso in cui non sia possibile, pu\u00f2 sospenderli dal lavoro senza retribuzione o compensi.
