Alberto Ascari \u00e8 l'unico pilota italiano che \u00e8 stato capace di vincere il Mondiale di Formula 1, ci riusc\u00ec nel 1952 e nel 1953, vinse con la Ferrari. Nel 1955 guid\u00f2 la Lancia. Nel Gran Premio di Monaco mentre era in testa ebbe un problema tecnico e fin\u00ec in acqua con la sua vettura. Quattro giorni dopo provando una Ferrari a Monza perse la vita tragicamente in un incidente.
