Ai lavoratori a tempo indeterminato del settore Cemento e Calce spetta a giugno di ogni anno l'erogazione dell'elemento di garanzia retributiva (EGR), una erogazione una tantum lorda in busta paga che spetta nelle aziende prive di contratto aziendale sui premi di risultato e per i lavoratori senza superminimo individuale o collettivo. E' previsto nel CCNL Cemento e Calce Industria e nei contratti Piccola Industria Confapi e Confimi. L'importo \u00e8 rispettivamente di 170 euro e di 150 euro. Vediamo nel dettaglio.
