Stando a un rapporto stilato dal social e precedentemente tenuto segreto, il contenuto in assoluto pi\u00f9 visto sul social nei primi mesi dell'anno \u00e8 stato un post che raccontava la morte di un medico statunitense in seguito a una dose di vaccino anti Covid che aveva fatto pochi giorni prima. La notizia \u00e8 stata poi smentita, ma il contenuto ha continuato a diffondersi in modo virale senza che il social abbia fatto nulla per impedirlo.
