La cisti spingeva sulla parete addominale della donna e le rendeva difficile anche respirare. Un intervento reso ancora pi\u00f9 difficile dalle patologie pregresse della paziente e per questo considerata ad altissimo rischio anestesiologico. Fortunatamente l\u2019intervento chirurgico, durato oltre sei ore, alla fine \u00e8 riuscito perfettamente e la donna ora \u00e8 sotto osservazione in reparto.
