A seguito di un ordine esecutivo del presidente Biden il Federal Bureau of Investigation ha diffuso il primo di una serie di documenti relativi alla indagine sugli attacchi terroristici dell'11 settembre e al sospetto sostegno del governo saudita ai dirottatori. Il documento descrive i contatti che i terroristi avrebbero avuto con i sauditi negli Stati Uniti, ma non offre prove evidenti di un possibile coinvolgimento del governo dell'Arabia Saudita.
