Il nuovo decreto Green Pass pubblicato in Gazzetta ufficiale estende l'obbligo di certificazione a tutti i lavoratori del settore pubblico e privato a partire dal 15 ottobre. Tuttavia, ci sono alcune categorie di lavoratori che potranno continuare a lavorare anche senza Green Pass purch\u00e9 muniti di certificazione che ne attesti l'esenzione. I lavoratori in smart working, invece, possono non avere la certificazione che comunque sar\u00e0 obbligatoria per presentarsi in ufficio.
