Il lavoratore in assenza ingiustificata per mancata esibizione del green pass all'accesso al luogo di lavoro non ha diritto alla retribuzione o compenso o emolumento. La mancata retribuzione riduce non solo lo stipendio mensile ma anche la retribuzione annua utile per il calcolo della quota annuale del trattamento di fine rapporto (TFR).
