Gli inquirenti stanno indagando non per omicidio, ma per eccesso colposo di legittima difesa. Stando a quanto riporta il Corriere della Sera, il tabaccaio di Santopadre, Frosinone, aveva installato alcune telecamere di sorveglianza soltanto da tre giorni. In questo modo poteva monitorare in diretta tutte le zone della sua villetta.
