Dopo la sentenza del Tar dell'agosto 2019 che ha decretato che il parcheggio si deve fare, i lavori non sono ancora partiti. Il Comune scrive alla ditta: \u201cIl cantiere di piazza Leonardo \u00e8 abbandonato al degrado e inattivo, va rimosso e ripristinato lo stato dei luoghi, nell'attesa della ripartenza dei lavori per realizzare il parcheggio pertinenziale sotterraneo. In alternativa, va restituito al decoro\u201d.
