L'Osservatorio conti pubblici analizza la situazione dei pagamenti delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni: nonostante un dimezzamento delle tempistiche negli ultimi anni, i ritardi sono ancora evidenti e i tempi vanno ulteriormente accorciati. In quest'ottica, viene giudicato positivamente l'intervento del decreto Rilancio per ridurre ulteriormente i tempi di pagamento.
