La nomina, deliberata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione presieduto da <strong>Stefano Pontecorvo<\/strong>, \u00e8 stata comunicata in occasione della presentazione dei risultati al 30 settembre 2025 e segue un accordo consensuale con l\u2019attuale Cfo, <strong>Alessandra Genco<\/strong>, per la cessazione del suo incarico. Genco continuer\u00e0 a ricoprire la carica fino al 10 novembre 2025, assicurando la continuit\u00e0 operativa, e rester\u00e0 a disposizione dell\u2019azienda fino al 30 novembre per supportare il passaggio di consegne.
