Il ricorso fatto dal San Raffaele contro la revoca dell'accreditamento da parte della Regione Lazio, \u00e8 stato respinto dal Tar il 14 settembre. Il Tribunale ha infatti ribadito le mancanze e le violazioni delle norme anti-Covid portate avanti dalla struttura, dove si sono registrati 43 decessi e met\u00e0 dei degenti sono stati contagiati.
