La richiesta \u00e8 stata avanzata nell&#8217;ambito del processo legato al cosiddetto pandoro gate, la storia dei pandori e delle uova di Pasqua con il marchio dell&#8217;influencer. Ferragni \u00e8 imputata per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lettera43.it\/chiara-ferragni-rinviata-giudizio-truffa-aggravata-caso-pandoro-uova-pasqua-fabio-damato\/\"  rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">truffa aggravata<\/a>. In aula la stessa imprenditrice ha rilasciato dichiarazioni spontanee e affermato: \u00abAbbiamo sempre fatto tutto in buona fede, nessuno di noi ha lucrato\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chiara Ferragni, il verdetto atteso a gennaio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Come riportato da <em>Repubblica<\/em>, per evitare i giornalisti si \u00e8 presentata in tribunale mezz&#8217;ora prima dell&#8217;udienza. A margine dell&#8217;ultima udienza aveva dichiarato: \u00abGrazie per l\u2019attenzione, grazie di essere qua. \u00c8 una fase sicuramente difficile della mia vita e penso mi capirete se non mi sento di fare ulteriori dichiarazioni, per\u00f2 grazie di essere qua e andiamo avanti\u00bb. La difesa parler\u00e0 alla prossima udienza, in programma il 19 dicembre.
