Dopo un ulteriore esame, WBD potrebbe avviare un discorso esclusivo con uno degli offerenti. Lo riporta <em>Reuters<\/em>, citando due fonti a conoscenza dell\u2019operazione. Al momento, sul tavolo dell\u2019azienda sono arrivate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lettera43.it\/vendita-warner-bros-discovery-offerte\/\">proposte preliminari<\/a> di <strong>Paramount Skydance<\/strong>,<strong> Comcast<\/strong> e <strong>Netflix<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vendita di Warner Bros. Discovery, la Casa Bianca preferisce Paramount Skydance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondo le previsioni di molti analisti, <strong>Paramount Skydance<\/strong> sarebbe in <strong>vantaggio<\/strong> per un potenziale acquisto di Warner Bros. Discovery. A favorirla, il fatto di essere l\u2019unica <strong>interessata all\u2019intera azienda<\/strong>, incluse le reti televisive via cavo. L\u2019operazione sarebbe sostenuta finanziariamente da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lettera43.it\/larry-ellison-chi-e-uomo-piu-ricco-oracle\/\">Larry Ellison<\/a>, il padre del nuovo patron di Paramount David nonch\u00e9 principale azionista.
