La seconda, oggi Deputy General Counsel di S&amp;P, sar\u00e0 Chief Legal Officer. Il terzo, che \u00e8 stato Cto di Carfax, sar\u00e0 Chief Information Officer. Con la scelta dei tre manager S&amp;P Global sta proseguendo nella strada verso una divisione Mobility scorporata dal resto della societ\u00e0. Quando la separazione accadr\u00e0, il nuovo Ceo sar\u00e0 Bill Eager, attualmente presidente di Mobility.
