Le misure puntano a garantire che il lavoro da remoto avvenga nel pieno rispetto delle <strong>tutele<\/strong> previste dal Testo unico sulla sicurezza. Riguardano infatti principalmente la sicurezza sul lavoro e prevedono <strong>sanzioni<\/strong> severe per i datori di lavoro inadempienti. Le multe scatteranno in caso di mancata consegna dell\u2019<strong>informativa scritta<\/strong> al lavoratore e al Rls (Rappresentante dei lavoratori per la sicurezza) sui <strong>rischi<\/strong> connessi alla prestazione lavorativa svolta fuori dai locali aziendali. Le sanzioni vanno dall\u2019<strong>arresto<\/strong> da due a quattro mesi fino ad ammende da 1.708,61 euro fino a 7.403,96 euro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cosa deve contenere l&#8217;informativa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Non si tratta di un documento formale. L&#8217;informativa in questione deve indicare i rischi generali e specifici connessi al lavoro agile, con particolare attenzione all\u2019<strong>utilizzo dei videoterminali<\/strong> e agli<strong> effetti correlati<\/strong> &#8211; affaticamento visivo, problemi posturali, stress. E deve essere fornita<strong> almeno una volta all\u2019anno<\/strong>, in modo da restare aderente alle modalit\u00e0 concrete di svolgimento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I datori sono obbligati a consegnare ai lavoratori un\u2019informativa scritta  sui rischi connessi al lavoro agile.
