Il completamento dell&#8217;operazione \u00e8 atteso nel <strong>primo trimestre del 2027<\/strong>, subordinato alle autorizzazioni regolamentari della Commissione europea e del Dipartimento di Giustizia americano. A seguito del closing, Ita sar\u00e0 pienamente integrata nel Gruppo Lufthansa come quinta compagnia aerea di rete, sia sul piano organizzativo che finanziario.
