Lo ha deciso il collegio della Corte d&#8217;Assise del Tribunale di Potenza, presieduto da Marcello Rotondi, durante la terza udienza dibattimentale del processo in corso di svolgimento nel capoluogo lucano. Per Vendola e altri 14 \u00e8 stato deciso il <strong>non luogo a procedere<\/strong> per intervenuta <strong>prescrizione<\/strong>. All&#8217;ex presidente pugliese era contestato il reato di <strong>concussione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il 5 giugno la prossima udienza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La prossima udienza dibattimentale \u00e8 stata fissata per il <strong>5 giugno<\/strong>.
