Il Comune di Roma potrebbe dover elargire un risarcimento milionario alla Nosb S.r.L. che nel 2017 non aveva vinto il bando per l'assegnazione dell'Estate Romana a Villa Ada. \"La societ\u00e0 vincitrice del bando aveva il nostro stesso programma: di 25 artisti che avevano un contratto con noi, ne avevano segnati 23 in calendario. Un calendario che non avrebbero mai voluto rispettare dato che quegli artisti avevano un accordo con la nostra societ\u00e0\". Il Comune di Roma avrebbe dovuto insospettirsi e controllare, ma all'epoca non aveva fatto nulla di tutto questo.
