Per consentire nuovamente il libero spostamento fra le varie Regioni italiane sar\u00e0 importante abbattere l'indice di trasmissibilit\u00e0 del coronavirus (Rt) a un valore prossimo allo 0. Solo quando i nuovi casi saranno scarsi e isolati, con la malattia praticamente eradicata dal territorio nazionale, il rischio di rialzare la curva dei contagi sar\u00e0 talmente basso da poter eliminare quella che sar\u00e0 una delle \"restrizioni\" pi\u00f9 longeve dell'emergenza.
