E dei negoziati, dal momento che non si \u00e8 ancora raggiunto un accordo con il Parlamento europeo sul prossimo budget a lungo termine dell'Ue a cui sono legate le risorse del Next generation Eu. Si rischia quindi di arrivare in ritardo con il Recovery Fund: un'eventualit\u00e0 che non ci si pu\u00f2 permettere. Sul tavolo anche la questione Brexit, che si fa sempre pi\u00f9 complessa mentre il tempo rimasto per un accordo si avvicina alla scadenza.
